Belize does not require a vaccination certificate for entry, but there are some recommended vaccines for travellers:
Tetanus: A booster is usually recommended
Hepatitis A: Should be considered
Rabies: Should be considered, especially for travellers who will be in smaller cities or rural areas, or who will be staying with friends or relatives
Hepatitis B: Selectively advised for those at highest risk
Diphtheria, tetanus, and polio: Should be up to date on these vaccines
Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR): All international travellers should be fully vaccinated with the MMR vaccine
Flu: If you are at higher risk of severe disease from influenza, you should get a flu vaccination within the previous 12 months

UK Citizens:
UK citizens don't need a visa to enter Belize for up to 30 days for tourism or business activities. However, there are some requirements you must meet to enter visa-free:
Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your arrival date
Your passport must have at least two blank pages
You must have proof of sufficient funds
You must have evidence of onward or return travel
You must have a certificate of yellow fever vaccination
If you want to stay longer than 30 days, you can apply for an extension at an immigration office in Belize. You should apply at least two to three days before your stay expires and the extension costs BZD $100 per month.
Belize also has a "Work Where You Vacation" program for remote workers and digital nomads from the UK, EU, US, or Canada. The program allows participants to work in Belize for up to six months. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
Have a minimum annual income of US$75,000 if you don't have dependents
Have a minimum annual income of US$100,000 if you're traveling with children
Have employment outside of Belize

EU Citizens: Citizens of the European Union do not need a visa to enter Belize and can stay for up to 30 days. To extend a stay, you can visit a local immigration office to request a new stamp for an additional fee of 200 Belize dollars per 30 days.

Having proof of return or onward flights
Having proof of sufficient funds for your intended length of stay
Having documents showing the purpose of your trip
